Members of MyGPT Traffic Exchange agree to  the following terms of agreement. 

1) MyGPT reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if member is found abusing the terms. Upon termination member will lose all credits.

2) We do not allow the following page contents; racist, illegal or other material we found inappropriate. MyGPT cannot guarantee that member sites do not contain such material.

3) You may cancel your Membership by clicking the [Delete account] link in member area. If you decide to cancel your membership and later wish to re-enroll, you will be assigned a new account, and you will not receive further credit for referrals made using Your previous account.

4)Targeted sites; We DO NOT allow site ROTATORS,
or targeted sites which include pop-ups, pop-behinds, pop-unders.
We do NOT allow Pages breaking out of frame and any other behavior found inappropriate or annoying.
We DO NOT ALLOW MS window-type popup/alert message boxes.
No porn or stuff promoting that industry.

5) Enrolling other members is prohibited:
Members are not under any circumstances allowed to sign up other members. Members can refer other individuals to the website and help them through the sign up process, however the individual must complete the signup process by him/herself, including the reading and agreeing to the Membership Agreement. Furthermore, no member shall create false accounts simply for the benefit of referral rewards or to create a manufactured downline. Any member found to be engaged in such activity will have their membership revoked and will lose all credits and/or money in all accounts created.

6) Personal information:
As a member of MyGPT you agree to keep your personal information on file up to date and accurate at all times. You also confirm that the email address you have on file is accurate and in working order. The company will keep all personal information about you in the strictest confidence and will not divulge it to any third party unless obligated to do so by law. 

7) Acceptable use of start link:
The start link (also referred to as the "surf" link) that a member receives upon signing up is to be used solely by that member and solely for the purpose of viewing other member's websites through the MyGPT traffic exchange network. This link is not to be used in any way that cheats the system or attempts to compromise it in any way. Furthermore, the start link is not to be promoted on other networks as a means of falsely obtaining credits. If the user`s account status is "paused", when using the start link, his account is activated automatically. The start link is also not to be placed in any automatic clicking program or other similar program or software designed to defraud the network or falsely earn credits. Any inappropriate use of the start link (as indicated, but not limited to the above) will result in immediate termination of that member's account and all earned or purchased credits along with any remaining cash balance will be lost. If a refresher software is used with the surflink, refreshing is allowed only once every 60 minutes.

8) Removal of membership:
A member may at any time request to have his/her membership cancelled by simply submitting a support request and clearly defining the account that is to be cancelled. Alternatively, a member may have their membership revoked by MyGPT if MyGPT deems that member to be in violation of any of the terms as set out in the Membership Agreement. MyGPT also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the membership of any member found to be defrauding the system in any way, without notice, or in any case where the MyGPT feels that the member is not acting in the best interest of the MyGPT. If a member should have their membership canceled for any reason, that member will lose all traffic credits and will forfeit any remaining money in any of the accounts associated with that membership.

9) Loss of data and other errors:
Members agree to not hold liable MyGPT for any loss of data that might occur while the member is using the MyGPT website and all services and products contained within. Loss of data includes, but is not limited to, any account balances, credits, downline members and statistics. MyGPT agrees to make every effort within its reasonable power to ensure that such loss of data never occurs, and MyGPT will make every effort within reason to correct any such loss of data. Members also agree to not hold liable MyGPT for any damage that may arise to the member's computer, software, or other products while using the MyGPT website and all services and products contained within.

10) Accounts will be set inactive, and credits reduced to 0, if not used for 90 days. Accounts that do not surf for 70 Days will be paused.

11) Only one membership for each person/url is allowed. If different users share the same IP address, all this accounts will be deleted without notice. If a user gains access to our server using proxy servers, his account will be deleted without notice. If a user earns more credits than he is supposed to, by using DOS attacks or other cheating methods, his account will be deleted without notice. Several users had their accounts deleted for this reasons.

12) SPAM: MyGPT does not condone the use of UCE (unsolicited commercial email) and spam. Members are strictly prohibited from using spam in their marketing efforts.

13) Autosurfer: MyGPT Autosurfer is a browser plugin that comes with no warranty. MyGPT users can use only one Autosurfer at a time. If a user starts more than one autosurfer, the first autosurfer started will increase the user`s credits and the others will produce free traffic (no credits are added). Abuse of the autosurf plugin can lead to account termination.

This Agreement may be modified by MyGPT from time to time, with or without notice.

Purpose of these measures are to maintain the integrity of the advertising members. Members agree to be bound by these terms.

Privacy Policy
At MyGPT, we respect your right to privacy. We will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information that you give us with any third party. By signing up for our FREE service, you agree to receive occasional e-mails from our company or our sponsors. You may remove yourself from these mailings at any time.

NEITHER MyGPT NOR ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS, AGENTS, LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY AS A RESULT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF THE SERVICE.
